Terms & Conditions

1. Full payment on COD is not allowed, 50% advance or depend on product price rest on when the product reaches Pakistan we will send a picture and the customer will pay the rest of the amount bigger than 5k.
2. After getting your product in the warehouse USA, we will take 10 to 15 business days.
3. We are importing from the USA, so there could be some unforeseen (Weather Conditions, Holidays, Shipment delays, etc) these things beyond our controls and your order will be late in that case USA2PK will not refund any amount or cancel the order.
4. Before ordering any product, Please make sure that is the product technically fulfills your requirements and also reviews/ratings of customers for that product.
5. We are just carriers; we will buy the product as it is how you will send us. We will not be responsible after that.
6. Before buying any supplement please confirm from the seller its expiry.
7. Once the product is bought and shipped, the order will not be canceled.
8. For Expedite shipping USA2PK will charge extra.
9. Big things which have big dimensions, the customer must pay shipping charges in advance.
10. USA2PK does not deal in where PTA, NOC is required.
11. If the product reaches Pakistan damage, torn, size, color issue or as per not requirement then USA2PK will inform you and give you 2 options. Whether to refund or buy again (without any amount from the customer)
