We Purchase & Receive
USA2PK purchases the approved product on your behalf and receives it at our US warehouse.
We Ship & Process Customs
We prepare your order, arrange shipping to Pakistan and handle the applicable customs process.
We Deliver
Your order is delivered to your provided address in Pakistan.
Delivery Timeline: Delivery to Pakistan is estimated at 15–20 business days after your product reaches the USA2PK US warehouse. The time required for the US retailer to deliver your product to our US warehouse is separate and depends on the retailer, product availability and domestic US shipping. Delivery times may also vary due to international shipping conditions, customs clearance and other circumstances outside our control.

Your Quotation
Your quotation is based on the product details and applicable costs available at the time. Any cost that may change or require confirmation will be communicated before your order proceeds.
Product Eligibility
Not every product available from a US retailer can be imported into Pakistan. Restricted, prohibited or unsuitable products may not be accepted for purchase or shipment.
Cancellation Timing
If you need to cancel your request, contact USA2PK before the product is purchased. Once USA2PK has purchased the product on your behalf, cancellation is generally unavailable except where an applicable exception applies.
Order Status Updates
After your order is confirmed, you can request the latest available order status through WhatsApp. Please provide your name and order/reference number so our team can check and share the latest available update.
